Moscovites Will Continue to Shop in 2009 – Now at Metropolis Shopping Center

March 28th marked the Grand Opening of the Metropolis Shopping Center, this year's largest major launch of a real estate location in the capital of Russia and a celebrated accomplishment in light of the recession. Moscow City Mayor Yuri Luzhkov participated as guest of honor in the grand opening ceremony and press briefing, where he praised Metropolis exceptional atmosphere and quality of service.

Metropolis, called a city within a city, is a 81,500 sq.m. shopping center, located directly on Leningradskoe Shosse and easily accessible by both metro and car.

PRP Group supported the launch of the center, organizing participation of more than 30 journalists from Moscow news and lifestyle outlets in the opening ceremony. The launch achieved wide coverage in the federal and Moscow press: around 50 publications in online and off-line outlets (including 10 from TV and radio).
